City Studios Apartment III is one of 3 self contained apartments, located in the heart of Ely’s vibrant city centre.
A potential family room, this apartment features a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, self-contained kitchen area, lounge area with ample seating. The king-size bed is located in its own room with privacy curtains, featuring a second Smart TV.
Each apartment has its own front door, located off a shared upper-floor hallway which is accessed via a secured front door, with keycode entry throughout. The hallway and front entrance are monitored by 24-hour CCTV.
The apartment is decorated tastefully throughout with original artwork and modern features. The lounge area includes a 3-seater sofa, a double-fitted wardrobe and luggage storage rack and an additional chair. The lounge also features a Wi-Fi connected Smart TV with Freeview and facility to access your own streaming service accounts, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Freeview Play and many other streaming services, games and information apps. A separate area contains a desk and chair, with views of Ely Cathedral.
The bed is located in its own room off the lounge, with privacy curtains. Featuring bedside cabinets with double sockets and USB charging points on either side of the bed, plus a second Smart TV with the same facilities as in the lounge, including Netflix, Amazon Prime and more.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dual slot toaster and kettle, crockery, cutlery and other useful utensils. Adjoining the kitchen and lounge is a 4 person seating area ideal for breakfast and other meals, with a double USB charging point. A complimentary welcome basket with a selection of food and drink is included with each apartment so you can settle in with a nice hot drink and a snack on your arrival.
Finally the luxurious bathroom features a spacious shower with complimentary salon quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A wall-mounted hair dryer is situated next to the vanity unit which features a large mirror. A set of towels will be provided for each guest at the start of your stay, along with a floor mat.
Each apartment includes a Guest Information Folder. Within this pack you will find information for your stay and extensive details relating to the local area, attractions etc. Most attractions in Ely are within easy walking distance. The property is ideally situated for visiting Newmarket, Cambridge, London and the counties of Norfolk and Suffolk with their many beautiful towns and coastlines, with excellent train and bus connections.
